Rendezvous of Snow Crab Meat, Baby Shrimp, and Jumbo Prawns with Herb Sauce

You will need:
120 gr Snow Crab Meat
120 gr Baby Shrimp
120 gr Jumbo prawns
and for the herb sauce:
1 dl Craime Fraiche
juice from 1 lemon
cayenne pepper
worcester sauce
white pepper
salt to taste
finely chopped fresh herbs (basil, dill, parsley, chive, chervil and thyme)

Putting it all together:

Blend dressing ingredients together and set aside, arrange the seafood on a plate and dress with one teaspoon dressing between each group of seafood, and garnish the center with a small Salad Bouquet.
