WAVE AWARD
Travel agents have spoken and Celebrity Cruises has done it again: the premium cruise brand won the TravelAge West Readers’ Choice WAVE (Western Agents’ Vote of Excellence) Award for Cruise Line with Highest Client Satisfaction (among cruise lines whose ships each carry more than 1,100 passengers) for a second consecutive year.

Celebrity Cruises was also honored with Editors’ Picks for Cruise Line Providing the Best Travel Agent Support and Best Cruise-Tour Program. In addition, Celebrity Cruises received an Editors’ Pick for the stylish and innovative Solstice Class ship Celebrity Equinox,inthe Best New Cruise Ship category. Last year, Celebrity Solstice won the category.
The editors of TravelAge West select the nominees for each category and subsequently open the voting to the magazine’s readers who decide the winners of the WAVE Awards. Celebrity Cruises accepted the award at the 2010 WAVE Awards gala dinner, which took place at the Four Seasons Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, Calif., on July 10, 2010.
